“ We are a team of Web Designers and Developers looking forward to share 2-3 desks in our creative office. The office is on the 12th Floor (loft) of a 12-story building in emerging Chelsea at West 29th between 6th & 7th Avenues. There is an Art Director's Club right around the corner. We have a high-speed broad band Internet from Verizon Fios, a land-line phone, AC/heater, kitchenette including a coffeemaker and a daily fresh coffee, a microwave, a refrigerator, utensils.. The desks are spacious and have built-in cabinets. Filing cabinets available as well. The space is regularly cleaned and the entire building is clean and very well maintained. The building has a 24/7 access policy and a 24/7 security policy (cameras + security personnel). The rental is $350/$375 per month/per desk including electric, air conditioning/heat, broadband Internet, land-line, kitchen appliances (refrigerator, microwave, tea pot, coffee maker).
