“ No.1 Traveller, the airport lounge specialist, offers an airport lounge away from the hustle and bustle of the main departure area in Heathrow Terminal 3. Entry includes a complimentary cold buffet selection and hot food from the kitchen as well as complimentary juices and soft drinks, specialty teas and coffee, wine, beer and spirits. You can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines while enjoying the runways views. The lounge include TVs, a games room, plenty of plugs to charge a laptop and a quiet room if you want a break. There is a Travel Spa so that you can get rid of the knot in your back or get your nails done before you fly, with treatments from £10. There are also pod bedrooms so that you can have a few hours sleep if you have a long stopover or a rest before you fly. ”
